Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on or off  hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to feel run rundown or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. 

Each degree in reiki helps us to attain further insight into this wonderful non invasive therapy such as - Reiki History, Symbology, Benefits of Reiki to yourself & others, Hand positions, Treatment plans, Learn about your own energy system to strengthen your treatments, Meditation, Become attuned to REIKI energy at each level, Empower and send healing to yourself and others, Distant reiki healing & Focusing on personal responsibility.

Become accustomed in the methods of teaching others, Reiki skills and lots lots more.
